KichuKichu uses a token system to meter access to AI generation features:
We may adjust token costs, add or remove models, or change the token system at any time. Material changes will be communicated on the Site.
You retain whatever rights you have in the prompts you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your prompts and generated images solely as needed to operate the Service (for example, showing your history).
The copyright status of AI-generated images varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding how these rules apply to your use case, including any commercial use.
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. You confirm that your prompts do not infringe any third party’s rights and comply with all applicable laws.
The design, layout, source code, branding, text, and non-generated assets of KichuKichu are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access would expose us or others to harm or legal liability.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KichuKichu and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD 10.
