Disclaimer

1. General Information

The information and content provided on KichuKichu (the “Site”) are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. While we aim to keep everything running smoothly and accurately, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Site or the content on it.

Any reliance you place on the content of this Site is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Site.

2. AI-Generated Content

All images on KichuKichu are 100% generated by artificial intelligence from text prompts submitted by users. They are computer-generated artworks, not photographs. They do not depict real scenes, real events, or real people.

Due to the nature of generative AI:

• Output may contain visual artifacts, distortions, or unexpected elements.
• The same prompt may produce different results each time it is used.
• Generated content may not match the user’s intent, may contain unintended subjects, and may not be suitable for every audience.
• AI models can occasionally produce outputs that resemble existing imagery — this is unintentional and any such resemblance is coincidental.

3. No Real Persons Depicted

Nothing on this Site depicts real people. All characters, faces, and figures appearing in AI-generated images are fictional and computer-generated.

Any resemblance to actual persons — living or dead — is purely coincidental and unintentional. If you believe an image resembles you or someone you know in a way that concerns you, please use our contact form so we can review and take appropriate action.

4. Accuracy & Reliability

The content on KichuKichu is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that:

• The Site will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• Generated images will meet any particular standard of quality.
• Any prompt will produce a specific result.
• Any content will remain available indefinitely — we may remove content at our discretion.

5. External Links

The Site may contain links to external websites or services that are not provided or maintained by us. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information on those external sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the linked site.

6. User Responsibility

By using KichuKichu you agree that:

• You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use the resulting images.
• You will not use the Site to generate content that violates any law, infringes on the rights of others, or harasses, threatens, or harms any person.
• You will not attempt to use the Site to create deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, or content that impersonates a real person.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Site.
• You understand that AI-generated content may be subject to additional legal requirements in some regions (e.g. disclosure obligations).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KichuKichu, its operators, and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the content on it. This includes, without limitation:

• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
• Any reliance placed on AI-generated content.
• Any action taken by you based on the content of the Site.
• Any temporary or permanent unavailability of the Site.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or its content is to stop using it.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The generated images are produced at your request by third-party AI providers. The copyright status of AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction and may not be protected in the same way as traditional works. You are responsible for understanding how this applies to your use case.

The design, layout, text, code, and non-generated assets on KichuKichu are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.

If you believe that any content on this Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please see our DMCA / Copyright notice.

9. Age Restriction

KichuKichu is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you do not, please stop using the Site and do not submit any personal information.
