In short: we collect only what we need to run the service (your account, your prompts, your generated images, and basic usage logs), we don’t sell your data, and logs are auto-deleted after 30 days.

- Profile information — optional display name, profile picture, and any preferences you save.
- Generation content — the text prompts you submit and the AI-generated images produced from them.

- Usage logs — timestamps, IP address, browser user-agent, and pages visited, kept for security and abuse prevention.
- Token transactions — an audit trail of every credit or debit to your account balance.

- We do not collect payment card details — we do not currently process payments on KichuKichu.
- We do not track you across other websites.

3. How We Use Your Data

- Create and manage your account, and authenticate you when you log in.
- Generate AI images from your prompts and store them so you can view your history.
- Maintain your token balance and prevent abuse of the credit system.
- Respond to your questions, support requests, and abuse reports.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Improve the performance, reliability, and security of the service.
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Cookies & Sessions
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies strictly for the operation of the service:
- Session cookie — required to keep you logged in. This expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity.
- Preference storage — used to remember minor interface choices (e.g. selected gallery view).
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services that identify you personally.
5. Third-Party Services
To operate KichuKichu, we send the minimum required data to trusted third parties:
- AI generation providers — your prompt text is sent to the AI model provider to produce the requested images.
- Cloud storage & CDN — generated images are stored on cloud storage and served through a content delivery network.
- Hosting — our servers are hosted by a cloud infrastructure provider.
Each of these providers is contractually or operationally bound to use the data only to deliver the service to us. We do not share your data with any party for marketing or advertising purposes.
6. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations:
- Account information — retained while your account is active, and deleted within a reasonable period after you request account deletion.
- Generation logs and prompts — automatically deleted 30 days after creation.
- Token transaction history — retained for as long as needed for financial and audit purposes.
- Security logs — retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data.
- Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data.
- Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
